Nobody is. That is why you start. Every person who trains at Dragon walked in uncertain and uncomfortable. That is the starting line, not the barrier.
VIP members train early or late around demanding schedules. Two to three sessions per week is 3-4 hours.
You train under a K-1 professional with decades of experience. Sessions are structured, coached, and progressed carefully.
Boxing, Muay Thai, pad work, bag work, functional strength, nutrition, and Dragon Standards benchmarking create the full system.
