DRINK WATER WHEN NECESSARY BECAUSE BY THE TIME YOU FEEL THIRSTY YOU ARE ALREADY DEHYDRATED. DO THIS AND YOU WILL REDUCE THE CHANCES OF GETTING SICK THIS SUMMER…!
