Do you want to learn good boxing defence? START running, and learn how to move your head when your are running and shadowboxing. Slip, slip as you run. Time your run, measure the distance and beat the previous time everytime you run…! You must get faster and faster everytime you run….!
You must run a lot like RACE Horse. Work on some plyometric training to get more explosive legs and use weights with your bodyweight exercises to get stronger legs.
When you run you must run like a boxer or a fighter and feel the bounce and rythem in your feet.
Roll your shoulders, move your head and hands also…like how you would in sparring in the ring.
When you get tired bounce to your sides for atleast 200-300meter then change side…!
