Started with Paul at 92kgs, 2 months in to training I’m down to 84.5kg just from Muay Thai and Boxing. It’s been incredible to watch my progress and confidence grow, from barely being able to do 20 situps to consistently achieving 80+ each class as a warm up. It’s been a pleasure to be part of the group and have a community of people dedicated to training and improving themselves. Can’t recommend Paul enough for anyone looking to start their journey in health + fitness.

Paul is an exceptional coach and has made my time at Dragon Fitness fulfilling. Not only has he made me a better fighter, he has instilled more confidence in me. He is knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. I started training here December 2019.Im 45 years old.At my first class of Muay Thai, I fell in love with it, I was sore for the first week, as prior, I was a couch potato for 3 years, so my fitness level was zero, in just a matter of training for 4 months, I lost 6 kilos & a level 9 in fitness, 10 being the highest.I feel so fit & healthy, I feel like I am 20 years old again, I feel Ah’mazing.I am not the most co-ordinated person, I make mistakes all the time, but Paul is a very understanding & patient trainer, I cannot highly recommend him enough & Dave too.Previously, I trained at just a regular gym, after a while I found it boring training on my own, treadmill, cross trainer & weights, these group classes suit me more, training with a group & make new friends.Whether, you want to train for just fitness & get into shape, or train to become a pro fighter, all levels are welcome.Don’t be shy, come in & have a try.Paul will help you to BELIEVE in yourself.You just have to PRACTICE.And.You will ACHIEVE!.
